I am a silver surfer, techno Gran, who loves to be with her family. I have had M.E for 12 years and now I have developed another Neurological illness which has reduced my mobility considerably, but I don't giveup trying and with the help from the Lord Jesus, daily in my life, I do amazing things.

Sunny Spain

Hi Folks, I know it's been a while, sorry about that. I am now writing to you from my hotel in Punta Umbria Spain. Time is running out as I have to put a coin in to speak to you. Roger & I are having a relaxed time in the sunshine and he is going out on trips Bird watching and already has seen 57 different species, Flamingoes and an Osprey hunting being just two of them. I am charging around on my mobility scooter......to everyones surprise...never been seen here in Spain I don't think. I get a variety of reactions...people either walk straight in front of me or else they bend over backwards to help!! We have a World Badminton Tournament being held here and there are delegates from all over the world....so as you can imagine I get quite a reaction. The noise at mealtimes with all the different languages is quite something. Well I must sign off, but I will Blog you again soon. Byeeeee from me Wink

Grandmas's little Angels

Well, once again I can hardly believe I am here 'blogging' again. There is an amazing ammount of people creating such wonderful blogs that I feel quite inadequate.....so I decided that my little Angels are worth blogging about as they do not make me feel inadequate at all. I rather feel that we have a reluctant Teddy Bear brother in the photo here....the Angel definately wants to do something to him, or play with a toy that he was planning to have all to himself.....but when you are in that very vulnerable postion, I guess there is very little a teddy can do about it...right now....but just wait until I get bigger!!!

How I would like to feel today !!

Do you know what.....I really can't believe that I am still doin' this 'blogging' lark. I get so much encouragement from all you other 'bloggers' that visit my site and leave such lovely remarks...it spurs me on. Thankyou everyone so much. I really would like to feel like this old 'gal' in the picture and I do hope that the person that I 'copied and pasted' (another thing I learned from my daughter!! they are so useful to have around you know!!) doesn't mind me pinching from them. You see you give an old gal like me such fun in my day.......

You know what my dear friends reading my blog today....Those words from the Lords book are just so true....and how often do we just stop and think about all the good things that are going on in our lives. We get caught up in the media news and the government hicups..and all the bills that are constantly coming thru' our letter boxes, especially the bank statements!! and how down we are all feeling because of it all. But do you know..no one can ever take away from us, the wonder and the joy of knowing that the Lord loves us so much, that He died for us, so that we can be forgiven for all the wrongs that we have done. How wonderful is that!! These words from Phillipians (above) just say it all. Please read them again...and think about them.
